The Master Series General Purpose Fume Hood is designed for standard tasks in laboratories of any field. The main components of the hood are manufactured from solid sheet metal, 2 mm thick, by shaping on specialized equipment without welding. Technological openings are precision-cut using TRUMPF laser equipment. All surfaces are finished with a chemically resistant powder coating. The double-wall construction with an air space of at least 40 mm provides effective protection and significantly extends the fume hood's service life.

The high quality of materials used, combined with a wide selection of work surfaces and accessories, allows for the creation of the perfect fume hood tailored to the specific tasks in your laboratory.

    The Auto Sash system is designed for the automatic opening and closing of the fume hood sash. The automatic sash controller is intended to automatically close the sash when an operator is not present in front of the fume hood. A passive infrared sensor (PIR) continuously monitors the working area in front of the hood. When an operator is present, the sash can be operated manually using the optional Tiptronic touch control feature or via an optional foot switch. If no movement is detected and the sash opening is clear, the sash automatically closes after a preset time delay. An automatic opening option is also available.

    The integrated AFA1000/E system is designed to ensure user safety by monitoring and controlling air flow through automatic damper adjustment.

    The integrated AFA4000 system is designed to ensure user safety by monitoring and controlling air flow through automatic damper adjustment, with the added capability to manage the automatic sash opening and closing system.

    The SCAT drain system is a chemical waste collection system equipped with a canister fill level sensor. When the canister is full, the sensor triggers an audible alarm. All components (canisters, hoses, valve) are made of electrically conductive, low-pressure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and are resistant to a wide range of chemicals. The drain funnel is installed directly into the work surface within the fume hood's working zone. The entire drain system is grounded.

    The housing of the fluorescent luminaire is manufactured from 0.8 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel using a pressing process, without welding. The transparent part is made of toughened glass.

    Operating temperature range: from -30°C to +55°C. Power: 18W / 36W.
    Complies with explosion-proof classifications: Ex II 2 GD, Ex d IIC T3, Ex tD A21 IP65 T200°C.

    Scrubbers are broad-spectrum gas absorbers. They are used to ensure personnel safety in laboratories and to reduce the emission of toxic substances into the atmosphere.

    They are used directly in conjunction with fume hoods to absorb toxic and corrosive gases.

    The Q series scrubbers (vertical absorption scrubbers utilizing a countercurrent flow) are fully constructed from polypropylene, providing them with high corrosion resistance. Due to their very compact design, they have a limited absorption capacity and are suitable for installations with restricted space.

    The Asecos (Germany) built-in cabinet for fume hoods is designed for storing flammable liquids in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1. The cabinet features an automatic closing mechanism that activates when the ambient temperature rises (at 47°C), as well as door/join thermal insulation that foams during a fire to reliably seal the interior space.

    This cabinet ensures the safe storage of acids and other aggressive substances. It is divided into two compartments, each equipped with a 120x60 mm flange for connection to exhaust ventilation systems. The right compartment features a removable shelf. The cabinet is supplied with a tray made of polypropylene or PVC-C.

    The frame is constructed from 25x25 mm metal profiles, finished with a chemically resistant powder coating.
