TOO "DistriLab" is a specialized Kazakh manufacturer of high-quality laboratory furniture and unique solutions for any laboratory.

The production of laboratory furniture was launched in 2009 in Almaty.

The furniture is designed for laboratories in any industry: oil and gas extraction and processing, mining and metallurgical, uranium, pharmaceutical, food and light industries, medical institutions, and scientific research institutes.

In the manufacturing of our furniture, only high-grade materials with enhanced chemical and mechanical resistance are used. Quality and reliability are confirmed by regular certification and, most importantly, by feedback from our clients who have implemented their projects with us!

LABORATORY FURNITURE PRODUCTION

Once the drawings of your furniture are finalized, they are forwarded to the procurement department.

The procurement department monitors the availability of all necessary materials for production, purchasing any missing raw materials as needed.

When the required materials have been purchased and delivered to the workshop, the craftsmen begin manufacturing the main components of the future furniture.

The production process begins with material cutting: work surfaces and wood-based materials are cut using a cutting machine, while solid metal sheets are cut on a laser cutting machine.

The most modern and reliable equipment is used to produce our laboratory furniture.

SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT

TRUMPF Laser Cutting Machine – designed for cutting metal materials. • Maximum cutting precision and superior surface quality. • No mechanical stress on the metal, eliminating deformation. • Laser cutting produces a very clean edge, eliminating the need for additional material processing. • The automated process eliminates the human factor, minimizing errors and inaccuracies. • Exceptionally high processing speed.

SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT

TRUMPF Press Brake – designed for bending metal parts. • Even distribution of pressure across the beam along the entire length of the stroke ensures high-precision metal processing. • The application of innovative systems and technologies for calculating the pressure force of the clamping device on the material, workpiece width, and metal sheet thickness ensures high accuracy in measuring the angles and bend lines of metal sheets. For precise cutting of sheet materials, such as chipboard, a German-made panel saw is used, offering the following advantages: • High cutting accuracy, ensuring a smooth, clean cut and straight workpiece edges without chipping to achieve high-quality products. • A stable and rigid frame to minimize vibrations and ensure cutting precision.

SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT

The German-made Brandt Edge Banding Machine is designed for applying edge banding to furniture panels, giving the finished element an aesthetic appearance and protecting it from delamination and mechanical damage.
