DistriLab's commitment to ethical business is firmly rooted in the company's core values: responsibility, integrity, respect, and honesty.

DistriLab recognizes its responsibility to respect and promote the values of the international community, in particular the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to support internationally recognized legal norms in its activities and supply chain.

DistriLab has established an extensive ethics management system that clearly defines standards and methodological guidelines. This system seeks to prevent any unacceptable conduct. DistriLab's policy of absolute zero tolerance for corruption admits no exceptions, and violations may lead to disciplinary action.

INTEGRITY COMPLIANCE POLICY

 

Developed on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international agreements, DistriLab's Integrity Compliance Policy establishes minimum standards of conduct for employees, suppliers, distributors, and any other business partners. The policy covers a wide range of topics, including human rights standards, how to handle conflicts of interest, how to avoid bribery, as well as general company principles.

For the successful implementation and awareness of the Policy, DistriLab is committed to continuously maintaining and further enforcing it, regardless of the company's business function or culture. All DistriLab employees, regardless of their organizational role or hierarchical level, maintain a high level of awareness of the company's Policy through regular trainings, workshops, and information campaigns aimed at all employees. DistriLab's management helps and supports employees in making the right decisions when they face ethical dilemmas.

 

COMPLAINT SUBMISSION MECHANISM

 

Reports of unethical conduct can be made through various channels, such as email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and telephone +7 (727) 228 06 45, which provide employees and external stakeholders with a completely confidential way to report unethical behavior and/or raise issues on other matters. Each received alert is registered, assessed, documented, and investigated before appropriate action is taken.
